Expectations

While on assignment for HKA, you promise…

• To arrive at least 10 minutes early on the first day of your assignment
• To abide by the weekly schedule of the client, including days before and after holidays
• To work at your BEST performance and dependability levels.  Your assigned company will be Asked to evaluate you periodically on things such as ability to follow instructions, work habits, discipline, etc.
• To call HKA immediately should any problem occur, such as an accident at the assignment location, or sickness which prevents you from arriving on time.
• You will not discuss your pay rate with anyone, or you will jeopardize your assignment and Possibly your relationship with HKA.
• Dress in a professional manner when on assignment, even on casual days.

Getting Paid

HKA will issue you a weekly paycheck with all of the proper government taxes withheld.  To receive your check in a timely manner, follow these steps:

• Fax AND Phone in your hours with your supervisor’s approval on Friday afternoon or Monday Morning.  If your hours are not received by 11:00 a.m. on Monday, your check will not be processed until the following week.
• Mail the original time sheet to HKA every week.  Your supervisor must sign it.
• After 40 hours on assignment, you can sign up for Free Direct Deposit.  Ask your staffing
• Consultant for the form and fax it in.

Referral Bonus Plan

We want your referrals!  We offer a referral bonus for each qualified individual you send to HKA that we place in a temporary or direct hire position.  Temporary bonuses are paid after 40 hours on assignment, direct hire bonuses are paid after 30 days on the job.  We are always looking for good people!
