Candidate Interviews
Our candidates go through an interview organized to focus on technical skills, previous career experience, and position preferences. We have exams specially designed for Loan Processing, Closing, Underwriting and Loan Origination, which allow us to determine our candidates true level of expertise. The interview and examination results are recorded in our database and provide us with a complete profile of our candidates. Our Office Support candidates are tested on both manual and software-based exams.
Reference Checks
All of our candidates are asked to provide references from prior supervisors, business associates, etc. Every effort is made in our reference check to inquire about the candidates’ attendance, quality of work, dependability, and attitude relevant to prior performance.
